figured it out kind of.
Draw circle then draw ellipse (Approx the size and shape with your hand by making "okay" sign, back of the hand as the face and the circle made by your thumb and index as the ellipse). Add contours that aligns with the eyes and midline of the face. At the intersection of both contours draw a straight line as a guideline for where the chin should be. Draw the jaws with the general shape of the face in mind and below the ellipse.
